Windows 10: Logged out of windows and unable to get in after a factory reset

So for the past few days I've been dealing with an issue after factory resetting my pc. After i reset it and all was going smoothly it booted back up and i noticed that my home screen background was still there after i did a full wipe of all my drives, as i continued the login process to my pc i noticed that my profile was still showing up despite it supposed to being deletedThen i tried logging into it the i was greated by a "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.User profile cannot be loaded" message. What weirds me out more is that this is the only profile that still shows and

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

that can resolve your concern, we would like to ask the following questions:

• Are you performing a factory reset on a laptop or a desktop?
• Is this the first time you perform a factory reset on your device?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve your concern?

In the meantime, if you're working on a desktop, we suggest that you try to use a PS2 keyboard just to bypass the installation process. Once Windows is up and running, you may now plug your mouse and keyboard to initialize Windows to detect these devices.
