Windows 10: Loggin Screen only showing one account

Hello guys, my wife share a laptop together and we have separate accounts on it, and now we are having a problem where it's only showing my account on the login screen. It's like her account just disappeared or was removed, but when we were adding in her account and typed in her email, it says that something went wrong and that the account is still on the PC.


So I have been trying to figure this out for a while and nothing is working. So if anyone can knows whats going on please let me know.

How to have a transparent Avatar on loggin screen

I want to create an avatar that can be displayed as the default loggin one se attached picture
I try .png with transparency but it does not work.
Perhaps I don't have the right tool for making transparency on the loggin screen

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue? the latest update from windows 10, OS build 16299.125
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? system restore, checked for runonce process (nothing), system file checker.
• Did you receive any error messages? If yes, can you send us a photo? no error message, just black screen

• What is the make and model of your computer? Dell inspirion 7000

• How much free space do you have on your hard disk? about 120gb (SSD)
