Windows 10: logging in to my microsoft account doesn't work

microsoft has not been working for me lately I have even had to create a new microsoft account on this account I have Minecraft and I only have the launcher that doesn't support bedrock edition but on this launcher I can log in just fine I recently though had to download the latest launcher to get access to bedrock but when I try to log in a new window pops up where I have to choose which account I want to log in with and when I choose one it tells me to put in the password and after that it says that I don't have an internet connection for logging in even though I clearly do as I can without

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.
