Windows 10: Logging in to other user account

I've had two user accounts for my pc for about 4 months or so. Just recently, I changed the main alias of my Microsoft account to another address, and then removed the old one since it was gone didn't know the password+no 2fa, nothing important was in there Things went fine for a couple of days until today when I was going to sign in the user profile of this account, the thing you see before actually going into the pc, with the pins and stuff. Except for it asking me for the pin, it told me to sign in. I was thinking this was something normal as I changed the main alias and the email on the

Try to create new user profile as an administrator and see if issue persists in new user profile. For creating new user profile you may refer to the steps provided below.

  Press Windows key + R

  Type control userpasswords2 and click OK

  Click on add under users tab
  
• 
  Click the option, "Sign-in without a Microsoft account
  
• 
  Click on Local account
  
• 
  Choose a name for the account

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

• How have you upgraded to Windows 10?
• Are you able to find the other users in accounts option?

To test the issue I suggest you to create a new user account and restart the computer and check whether you can find other new user account.

I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
