Windows 10: Logging in with my Microsoft account will let my access to operating system permanent?

I would like to know if linking my Microsoft account will give me a permanent copy of windows? Will it still work by signing in to other computer when I try to change my computer soon or even if you release a new version of window?

I realize the inconvenience you are facing in accessing the operating system as you are not able to log-in. Do not worry we will help you with this issue.

I suggest you to access the Command Prompt from the lock screen to enable built-in administrator account as you cannot access the operating system. Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• From the Lock screen, click on
  Power button.
• Press and hold the Shift key from the Keyboard and Click on
  Restart
• Click on Repair your computer.
  
• Click on Troubleshoot and in the Advanced options.
• Select Command Prompt.

• net user administrator /active: yes (Check for the spaces)

Now log off from the current user and try to login to the administrator account that is enabled.　

Note: Please follow the same steps and type net user administrator /active: no to disable admin account after the troubleshooting is done.

Once you are on Built-in admin account create a new Microsoft account/ access the local account and check if it helps.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
