Windows 10: logging in with password - issue with GoDaddy and Windows 11

Hello,I am trying to reset my password on my computer. I have tried going through the ctrl+alt+delete and sign-in options settings, but each time I get to a point where I change my password, it goes straight to my GoDaddy account. I can change my GoDaddy password, but this does not translate to my Windows 11 login, so I can't use a password to log into my computer. Please help!

Windows 11 does not appear to recognize my Godaddy office account

I am setting up a backup scheduler application that requires the windows password. My Microsoft 365 account is via Godaddy. when I enter my Godaddy MS 365 password, it is not recognized.

When I tried selecting my password to login, it takes me to my office account with Godaddy. I typically login with my PIN and cannot get the option to login with my password for windows 11.

I have no option to login with a local password. I have none of these issues on my Windows 10 PC

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

        What is the error message do you get when you try to access Godaddy?

        Have you tried a different browser to access
        Godaddy? If yes, what was the result?
        

Please follow below steps to resolve the issue.

Method 1: Compatibility List.

        Open Internet Explorer.
        
      • 
        Click on Settings, and Click on
        Compatibility View Settings a pop up will open.
        
      • 
        Enter Godaddy wed address
        in Add this Website textbox, and click on
        Add.
        
      • 
        Clink on Close, and try to access GodaddyWebsite after these steps.
        

Method 2: Launch Internet Explorer without Add-ons.

Follow the steps to run your Internet Explorer in the no add-ons mode,

          Open Start > All Programs >
          Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
          
        • 
          After these Enter Godaddy wed addressin the URL and check if it works.

I am aware of the present situation is that you have encountered some issues of using your Godaddy account with Windows 11 sign-in. Before finding the reason of this issue, could you please describe this scenario in detail?

• "a backup scheduler application that requires windows password", Is this a third party backup tool?
  
• In the meantime, are there two current Microsoft accounts? One of them is a personalised Godaddy personalised email address, if not, see the following instructions:
  
• If your Microsoft 365 account via Godaddy exist as a personalised email address, The following support article indicates that problems may be encountered if a personalised email address is logged into Microsoft services.

In addition, for computers that can currently only be accessed via PIN code, if you need to get the option to login with password for windows 11. Please check these settings by pressing Windows -> Click Settings -> Account -> Sign-in options -> uncheck the options in red box. -> As shown below:
