Windows 10: Logging Out and Shutting Down with Error(s)

Discus and support Logging Out and Shutting Down with Error(s) in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Each time I log out of my computer to shut it down, an error pops up and the computer chimes letting me know about the error.     Logging Out and Shutting Down with Error(s)


    Each time I log out of my computer to shut it down, an error pops up and the computer chimes letting me know about the error. I have saved the Error Logs as text files that I am uploading to this thread. I hope someone can help me get this issue fixed.

    100% Disk usage

    The SFC scan doesn't find any errors. However the DISM scan returns:

    "Error: 6801

    "Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not started or was shut down due to an error."

    Then it gives a log file:

    My computer will not start up it says critical_service_failed

    WINDOWS system32 winload.efi that is the file missing. Was acually logging out of Steam and shutting down the computer, this error is on reboot that it came up. It won't start even in safe mode. Only odd thing would be i cleaned the trash bin before shutting
    it down properly.
