Windows 10: Logical build numbers.

I have been thinking about the build numbering system.

I think that there would be more sense if the numbers meant something.

My idea;

First 2 numbers are the year, the next 3 divided; 000 to 499 for the first half of the year and 500 to 999 for the second part of the year.

Like 19000 to 19499 for 19H1 and 19500 to 19999 for 19H2. And 20000 to 20499 for 20H1 and 20500 to 20999 for 20H2 and so on.

This way you would always know what period the build was for.

is it possible to hand build a motherboard?

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:

I guess the next logical step would be to report on the performance you can get with SLI in Linux. That'd be my suggestion anyway.
