Windows 10: login and blue error screen

So lately my computer has been complete a**. So basically it started not letting me even login or get to the login screen without showing an error screen. And i was able to fix it by doing a chskdk or whatever it's called check. It was fine for a while, until it then looped the error screen again. So now i can't even login to my acc too fix it and i reset my password several times. this computer is kinda old, a hp-15 something. I was just wondering if i could have a way to fix it without signing in the computer or using the reset options because ive already tried a usb port, but i found out

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
