Windows 10: Login History showing an odd IP when I log in.

Hi up until about just over a week ago whenever I logged in to my Microsoft account in Outlook on my PC it would show my WAN IP. Usually a series of numbers like.. 123.123.123.123 However for the past week and a half when I sign in it shows a different IP address. I believe it to be my LAN IP. Example being: 1234:1234:123a:ab12:12a3:abc1:a1b2:a12b Note neither of these were the actual IPs in question.I am concerned for security reasons, is this something I need to be worried about? I have reset my password every time it has happened so far but it is happening daily now. It goes back to normal

I suggest you to check if you have any new updates available for Windows.

To check the update history follow the below steps:

• Click on Windows Key.
• Click on settings
• Click on windows updates and security.
• Click on advanced options
• Select view update history.
• Now check if there is any new updates installed.

Failed to login into dlink dnr-202l using microsoft edge

Thank you for your reply. I did what you suggested; but the same issue showed where failed to login with user ID and password; however, the same user ID and password work when using Internet Explorer.

First steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge
• Click more options (...)
• Select "Settings"
• Click button "Choose what to clear" under "Clear browsing data"
• "Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data, Cached data and files" are selected.
• Click "Clear" button
• Open new tab by clicking "+" sign
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.

Second steps:

• Launch Microsoft Edge in private mode
• Enter IP address to open device (DNR-202L) login screen
• In the login dialog screen, enter the user ID and password and click "OK" button
• Dialog login screen shows again. Do this step 3 times and get message

Access Error: 401 -- Unauthorized

Access Denied, Authorization enabled.

Call history sometimes shows name and sometimes show number.

Thats odd. In the history on phone, it always shows the name and always shows the names on the called ID. Does that contact have more than one phone number associated to them in your contacts list?

As you have tried soft reset already, I can only suggest trying a hard reset or try use another WP8 device to see if the issue is reproduced.
