Windows 10: Login in issues

Discus and support Login in issues in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; When I put my Microsoft password into my Dell laptop it then prompts me to set up a pin.     When I put my Microsoft password into my Dell laptop it then prompts me to set up a pin. I click set up and it say “something went wrong” then it goes back to the Home Screen to login again. Now I can’t get into my laptop at all.
