Windows 10: Login into windows on my laptop

My laptop says something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up PIN again. But when I do that it says something went wrong. I can’t log in with password or face either. I’ve tried to start it on safe mode but that isn’t working for me. I’m stuck at login page and don’t know what to do. Every call with Microsoft ends with an automated message saying go to this website and hanging up but the website isn’t helping. Any ideas?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
