    Hello, When I try to add an account to my PC, I get stuck in an infinite login loop. Similarly, I can't log into Xbox due to the same issue.This issue happened to me first roughly 2 months ago. I couldn't find any help online so I ended fully resetting my PC after several futile attempts to reinstall Windows 11. It fixed the issue, but as of yesterday I am running into it again. I don't want to reset my computer again, so I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help.Another user posted this video a month ago, and since it is exactly what I'm experiencing I will link it here. https://www

    Issue signing into Microsoft account on Xbox app and Minecraft launcher

    Hi Ekqo,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    Your account can be logged in on the official website and Microsoft Store, which means that it is completely fine to log in to the service and account.

    You can flow these steps to try solve the issue:

    1. Click search on the taskbar, type "services", and click to open the Service App in the search results.
    2. Search for the services starting with Xbox in the Service list, and make sure they are all enabled.
    3. Then, please reopen the Xbox app and the Minecraft launcher, and click Login to see if you can enter the account password to log in successfully.

    I am not sure if you want to switch to a local account instead of your Microsoft account, or if you want to keep your Microsoft account but login automatically instead of having to type the password.

    In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • Are you able to login with Microsoft account in web?
    • What happens exactly when you try to login using Microsoft account?
    I suggest you to login to Microsoft account through online login.live.com, if you are able to login to Microsoft account on web then you can reset the password and then try to login and check if the issue persists.
