Windows 10: login on pc and phone issues

i am unable to log in on my pc or my phone.my pc is at the welcome page requesting biometric. it no longer accepts my biometric sign in. it started asking for a pin.i put in my pin very carefully. 3 times. now i am locked out. turning it on and off again dors not resolve the issue. i cannot access system files as I am admin. i cannot access safe mode, i still need my biometric or pin code. it isnt accepting either. it then asked me for my password. it isnt accepting this either.i have only had this pc 2 weeks, has it been yacked already? i havent even had any emails to look at or cli

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Unable to login to Paypal phone broken

I use an authenticator app on my phone for 2 step verification to login to paypal but my phone is broken so I can no longer get the code. I've tried using the microsoft authenticator app on another device but it's looking for a QR code to scan which I can't access since I can't login to paypal

Paypal tells me they is no way they can turn off the 2 step verification whjich means I cannot ever access my account.

There must be a way around this?

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
