Windows 10: Login option not showing but recognising my finger print

I have a windows 11Hlw , actually a few days ago I changed some other users to standard user and my self to something I don't know , after all of that other user is able to log in but there is no option to sign in into my desktop . My desktop recognising my finger print but only saying hello but not taking me to my account & in another user I m not able to open settings and also for run as administrator it says the requested operation require elevation , hope so this information will be enough pls help me to get my account back

Finger print saner not recognised

I am not able to set my finger print scanner as a login option, when i try setting it up, it says "currently not available as no compatible devices found". Have tried all the troubleshooting options available on the internet nothing seems to work.

I have tried all this. And the problem is not about setting up my finger print. Instead, The problem is about sign-in options available to me when my screen is locked. It shows only password option, and no finger print option is available. Also the PIN option
is not available.

So while I can set up PIN and finger print, I cannot see these options on locked screen to login. This is the real problem. I hope you understand it.
