Windows 10: login problem October 29 2024

I can't get into the login screen or inbox of homtail for 2 weeks now. October 29, 2024! can login here and to the main account, but not the mail app. I'm using a windows 7 desktop.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
