Malwarebytes , stopped the final step .. But thank you Virginia... Appeared it didn't like the link

it's not you ,its me .. =0)) ... BUT the ugly Brown Rocks ,, low tide ( We live on the Pacific Coast ,,looked like a sewer outlet in a slight cave ,, outfall entrance ? .. ) were removed By windows spotlight to day..

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
