Windows 10: Login screenconstantly reloads and does not allow me to log in

Ive Been having an issue with my laptop where it would load up but then get too the login screen with the date and time and everytime i would click the screen too login it would just refresh and take my back , ive tried safe mode and my screen would just flicker black n purple ive tried resetting my laptop every advanced recovery option i could think of and nothing changed

From the description provided, I understand that Belarc Advisor is notifying you of the updates that needs to be reloaded.

I would suggest you to check if the mentioned KB updates are properly installed from the Windows Update History. I would also suggest you to follow the below steps and see if it helps.

Step 1 Follow these steps to run the Windows inbuilt troubleshooter:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  

• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  

• Select the Windows Update option from the list.
  

• Click Next to run theTroubleshooter.

Step 2 Try to use the Windows Update troubleshooter and see if it helps.

So far I like it with just a few issues, and they are minor.

• The name of the person who created the thread and the date is really lite and hard to read for me.
• When you are logged in the thread titles are in bold and look great, but when you are logged out they are normal, and very hard to read. We have a lot of users that come, and do not login. So, I suggest changing it to where everything is bold if you are not logged in.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
