Windows 10: Login to a domain with Windows 10 after 1809 upgrade hourglass circles

A couple of users laptops went to the process of upgrading their Windows 10 to 1809. After the keyboard was acting up and rebooting the laptop a few times, the user was able to login but then the screen goes black, flickers and the hourglass spins.


Here are the thing I tried but problem continues:


1. Updated drivers (Network, Wi-Fi, mouse and video) from manufacture.

2. Task manager show no running apps

3. I can login to the same laptop under other user FINE.

4. Login to another computer using the user credentials and problem persist

How to change mouse hourglass into blue circle in Windows 10

Hello,

You can change the hourglass in to blue circle by following these steps:

• Click-on Start and go to Settings.
• Select Devices and click-on Mouse and touch pad on the left pane.
• Click-on Additional mouse options to open Mouse Properties.
• Then choose the Pointers tab.
• Click on the drop-down under Scheme and choose Windows Default (system scheme.)
• Click OK.

How to change mouse hourglass into blue circle in Windows 10

Some days ago I changed my cersor color to black. After that, the blue spinning circle was replaced by a hourglass, and now no matter the color of my cersor I can't get the circle back. My computer's software is Windows 10.

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

• Black Screen spinning Circle
• Login
