Windows 10: Login to Microsoft store with company email

Hello.I was trying to open an app on the Microsoft store and then it said I wasn’t logged in. I logged in with the same email that I used to buy the apps and then it said that my email didn’t work.My company email worked for around 2 weeks ago, and no problems until 2 days ago.I wonder what happened and how I can fix it?Thanks!

Can't login to company email with Windows 10 Mail app

My company is currently subscribed to Microsoft 365 email. When logging into our email we will be redirected to our company login page. Previously I was able to add my company email to the Windows 10 Mail app as it would redirect me to the company login
page. The same happens with the mobile app which works.

Recently my computer was reformatted and I can no longer add my company email as it would no longer redirect me to the company login page.

Has something changed or is something wrong with my Mail app? I can login to my company email using Outlet just fine, however Outlook is sluggish with all the functions that I do not use. Some help is very much appreciated.

Hi Kapil, thanks for assisting. I did as you mentioned and it still does not work. Previously when setting up, I just had to type in my company email and it would redirect me to my company login page to login and it will work.

But now, when I repeat the steps that I used to do to set up, I get this dialog box instead. Did Microsoft stop Mail from supporting corporate emails hoping that people use Outlook instead?

I understand that you receive an error when you try to upgrade Windows and use Store.



It would be great if you can help us with the details requested below:

• How are you trying to upgrade Windows?
  
• When do you get the error in Store?
  
• When you say, “microsoft not login in” where are you trying to login?
  
• Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.
  

For Windows Update issue, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Fix Windows Update errors and see if that helps.



For Microsoft Store, I would suggest you to try resetting Microsoft Store cache. Press the
Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type
wsreset.exe, and then select OK.



The error 0x80072EE7 indicates a connection issue. I would suggest you to try changing the network connection and see if that makes a difference.
