    Hello,I am trying to sing into my microsoft account on my acer laptop windows 11 and it wont allow me to do so. I log in through windows security and then when I get to the first page it comes up with this message: That Microsoft account doesn’t exist. Enter a different account or get a new one.This is confusing as I already have an account. I click get a new one anyway and then when I do so I receive this message: *****@gmail.com is already a Microsoft account. If it's yours, sign in now.then when i go to sign in i receive the first message again. This is a vicious cycle and extremely

    Windows 8 with 2 Microsoft accounts?

    Yea, I would create a local account and just use your school account to login to Outlook and Onedrive.

    Edit:
    Here switch between local and microsoft account.

    In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • Are you able to login with Microsoft account in web?
    • What happens exactly when you try to login using Microsoft account?
    I suggest you to login to Microsoft account through online login.live.com, if you are able to login to Microsoft account on web then you can reset the password and then try to login and check if the issue persists.
