Windows 10: Login will not come up when laptop is turn on

    Login will not come up when laptop is turn on


    I have an acer laptop with windows 10 pro software. After the laptop boots up, the login asking for password will not come up. Any help is appreciated, Thank You.

    My Asus laptop turns off just after I login

    My Asus laptop turns off just after login in windows 10 in normal mode. No message for turn off, no error message. It takes only 1 or 2 seconds to power down. Other details are as under.

    • I can login and use the laptop in safe mode
    • I can login and use the laptop on Linux
    • I can not use laptop in windows in normal login.
    What could be the reason? In my opinion the battery is the reason. Any opinion?

    • Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?

    • Have you installed any language pack?
    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

    Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
