Windows 10: Logitech BRIO HD Product ID 085e, not working anymore with newest Windows 11 Pro 23H2...

We use the Logitech Cam BRIO HD not the Stream Version, with Windows 10 HELLO, without any issues, but we have several Windows 11 Pro Systems, and on all Windows 11 Pro Systems, after the last updates, the camera is not working anymore with HELLO. Normal cam progs like Teams etc. are OK. Logitech BRIO not working with Hello after upgrade

Just upgraded to Creators Update (1703) and there were no errors during the install but now my Logitech BRIO camera is not working with Windows Hello.

I can see the camera listed in device manager with no errors and it works in Skype but at the logon screen it says that no camera is available. I tried turning Hello off and on again but that didn't help.Also tried different USB ports but that didn't help either.

There is a Logitech KB about this but it didn't fix my issue:

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?

 

Logitech Brio webcam microphone not working in Zoom on Windows 10.

My mic works now across all apps. Video isn't working in Skype anymore. When I turn on my webcam, I don't see video in Skype.

Right-click on little speaker in right side of taskbar Select Open Sound settings

Test microphone or troubleshoot sound problems

Another option is to right-click on little speaker in right side of taskbar Select Sounds

Select Recording tab Select and test microphone

You can also Configure microphone



Click on Properties

Check Levels for microphone

With the Sound dialog open as above double-click on microphone in taskbar You can check or select which applications have access to the microphone
