Windows 10: logitech cordless elite keyboard pairing error

Hello, after changing the batteries in my logitech cordless elite keyboard and trying to riconnect windows ask me a pin, but it only asked me to insert a code in the keyboard. any solutions?

Let’s try simple troubleshooting method and check if this helps. Follow the below method.



Method 1.

I would suggest you to connect the keyboard in different computer and check if it is working fine.



If the issue still persist, try the below step.

Method 2.

I suggest you to run hardware troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue. It will automatically detect the problem and fix it.

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Small icon on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  Hardware and Device.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Hardware troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware troubleshooter.
  

If a computer is infected by a virus, lots of resources will be taken up to greatly slow down computer performance. I suggest you to run virus scan (Microsoft Safety Scanner) and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

808 / Logitech K810 bluetooth keyboard

My 808 recognizes the Logitech K810 as a bluetooth keyboard, I can pair using the 808 generated passcode, but then I get "Unable to create Bluetooth connection". The K810 remains listed as a keyboard paired device. Same results with a FP1 701.



Suggestions? Has anyone successfully used the K810 with a Belle device?



I've paired and used the same keyboard with my PC and a Moto G.
