Windows 10: Logitech G Pro X Wireless can’t hear

so, last year when I built my PC i got the aforementioned headset from the title, it worked well, then i installed software called Voicemod which let me change my voice and use a soundboard and stuff it was fun

However, at random times I would get small issues here and there that I would fix and at times big issues that I could fix but today was the final straw, I cancelled my subscription with them and uninstalled the application however my headset still isnt working

So basically, i was in vc on discord with some friends about to play apex legends, my headset makes a little sound when it turns on that i hear, now the game was giving me issues i couldnt click anything so i hit the reset button on my case and when i came back, everything was messed up i could speak, but i couldn’t hear anything, right now in discord im checking my mic and it shows me speaking but i legitimately cannot hear anything

I reset my audio settings in the windows settings, i tried updating drivers but couldnt so i rolled it back and still nothing, i even tested going to youtube and i couldn’t hear the video while it was playing i honestly have no clue what’s happening i hope someone knows why this is happening

• No device driver installed
• Faulty wireless mouse receiver
