Windows 10: Logitech g502 Hero crashes windows 11 when idle

It started like Windows 11 crashing with no reason while watching movie. It does not drop a blue screen, but becomes unresponsive, or veeeeeery laggy. Usually even Alt-Ctrl-Del does not work Task manager does no show high processor or memory usage. In one of the crash reports the g502 mouse was mentioned, so I replaced it with an other brand's mouse. Windows stopped crashing, so it's something about the g502. Then I switched to an other g502, and Windows is crashing again. So most probably it is not a hardware issue. It never happens while I use the mouse game, work, but always in an idl

My logitech g502 hero mouse crashes and delay on Windows 11

I am a user who plays and works on the computer, recently my logitech g502hero mouse showed crashes and delay when using it on the computer, I saw in several videos that I should turn off several programs but nothing solved it, I contacted them and they told me to install Windows 11 and it didn't solve it too, and I've even tested it with clean boot.

But when I connect the mouse on another computer it works, but on mine it hangs, what can it be??

The last one seems the most sketchy and I have had that specific driver crash a lot of times in the past.

There is an overview in windows that I could inter through the run prompt that showed a table of the past days with a list of relavent events, do you know what I mean and could tell me how to enter that because it showed this PS3 driver crash and I could give some more details then.
