Windows 10: Logitech joystick not functioning

I have just bought a new computer which has Win11 previous was Win10. My Logitech Extreme 3d pro joystick does not work now. I supposedly have a driver error. The joystick does not come with software-plug and play. Is Win11 not compatible with this device ? addendum.....now that I just did a windows update I can't even seem to access the device's troubleshooting to be precise in what the error shows - this includes the PC troubleshooting which had something like enumerator driver not working. After the update why can I not see the devices properly to troubleshoot - all I see is a useless l

Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Wingman Joystick

After Windows 10 Home Insider Preview Build 17074.rs_prelease_flt.180116-1539. My "Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Wingman Joystick Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Wingman Joystick" stopped working and in the Settings it is listed as "Driver Error". While my Logitech
Gamepad F310 is good.

 

Screensaver, screen timeout and sleep modes not functioning when Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick is connected to PC

same problem here :-(

as long as my USB connected Logitech Extreme 3D Joystick is plugged in => no screensaver

just unplug the Joystick => screensaver is functioning normally

Neither plugging the Joystick to other USB ports nor reinstalling the driver solved the problem so far.

Have you installed the Logitech gaming software ? While it should have basic functions using the

drivers in Win10 the Logitech profiling software can still be useful.

Logitech have not updated this in years, but it still works well with Win10

( I use this with my F310 controller and G27 Wheel ).
