    Logitech k380 keyboard says “failed” when disconnecting


    I was able to bluetooth my Logitech Bluetooth K380 keyboard the first time just fine to my Windows desktop. After using for a few hours I disconnected it by accident. I went to reconnect and it will not pair again. It is not the keyboard full charged/new batteries. However when I go to delete the keyboard from my Bluetooth list after loading for a minute, it says “Failed”. I tried this to see if it would let me reconnect and add my keyboard to my settings. What do I do to delete the keyboard off my Microsoft Windows Desktop so I can repair it to the settings?

    Logitech k380 bluetooth keyboard not working

    After upgrading to 2019-05 cumulative update (KB4494441) my windows notebook (Thinkpad A485) is unable to connect to the Logitech keyboard

    1. Bluetooth & other devices the Keyboard k380 is paired. but nothing happens when I use the keyboard

    2. Tried removing the device and repairing. Repairing works and the code entered on the keyboard is accepted.

    3. Keyboard is working as it can connect to other devices (my android phone) and also worked during pairing

    4. Tried changing the batteries.

    5. Tried removing the device, rebooting and reinstalling

    6. bluetooth services are fine and bluetooth speaker works

    Logitech Bluetooth keyboard paired but not working

    I have a blue tooth K380 Logitech keyboard. It says it is paired, but it is not working.

    Any ideas of what to do?

    Operating System / Device Platform: Windows 7

    Caps-Lock isn't working on physical keyboard (K380) but working when click Caps-Lock in microsoft virtual keyboard (Win7)
