    Logitech mouse won't switch between programs, and I have to turn the mouse off and on to...


    When I turn on the mouse, it's on one program- and it doesn't switch programs. To switch programs, I have to move the cursor to the program I want to use, then turn it off and on, and it switches. Does anybody know how to fix this?

    Thank you as well. I have no owned a corded mouse in 15 years or since they had wireless mice. Can I do the steps backwards, meaning do the keyboard first rather than the mouse since I will need a working mouse to do all this?

    I recognise I'm late to the show upgrading to '10' but my logitech M557 wireless mouse no longer works since the upgrade ... have downloaded the updated driver SetPoint 6.67.83 but no success. Mouse still not working. Any suggestions pls

    Thanks for clarifying that for me, I will follow the steps and post my outcome.

    Everything worked perfect and now I have both he mouse and keyboard on one receiver !! *Biggrin with Setpoint I can control both the mouse and keyboard settings. when I opened Logitech Options I got a message saying that Options doesn't support all devices on my computer. Since I can control both the mouse and keyboard settings in Setpoint I deleted Options.

    Now hopefully everything will work much better, I thank you and everyone else who replied to this thread, I'm glad to have this solved after all this time.
