Windows 10: Logitech Quickcam Chat/Express on 64-bit Windows 10

Does anyone know how to use these two cameras on 64-bit Windows 10? I tried installing the software from the cd I got with it, but when I try to run it after install, I get the error message "The Quickcam application cannot be opened. Please re-install the Logitech Quickcam software." I also can't find drivers for either. I found one article with a guy who had drivers, but when I tried installing those to the cameras, I got the error "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. Code 39". Can anyone PLEASE help?! Someone on the forum had a

Not much hope to get this installed in Windows 10. according to the Logitech website.

It was originally designed and released for Windows XP. Later they released an update for Windows Vista, but nothing newer that I can find.

I would recommend that you ask this question in the Logitech Support Forums.

Tried to instal - but no drivers for Windows 10 :-(

Is there an updated driver?

 

Logitech QuickCam 5000 Microphone no longer Working after Windows 10 Upgrade

The microphone on my Logitech QuickCam 5000, which just yesterday was working fine under Windows 7, no longer works after updating to Windows 10 (64-bit).



The camera functionality still works absolutely fine!
