Windows 10: Logitech SetPoint6.30 won't install on my Windows 11 device

I have a new mouse that I bought online It's from 2012, and it said for Windows to install Logitech Setpoint6.30. I went online and found that version on some random website and installed it. I tried to set it up as an admin, but it just wouldn't work. Is this due to the software needed for the mouse is too old for my version?Jay

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

You can use the media creation tool to upgrade your current PC to Windows 10 or to create a USB or DVD and install Windows 10 on a different PC. As you are upgrading to Windows 10 on the same computer activation would not be an issue.
