    Bluetooth speaker not playing

    Hello Tanya,

    Your Bluetooth speaker might be paired with your PC but not connected. You can try the following steps to manually connect it:

    • Make sure your Bluetooth speaker is turned on.
    • On the far right of the Windows taskbar, press and hold (right-click)
      Volume      , and then select Playback devices.
    • On the Playback tab, select the Bluetooth speaker, press and hold (or right-click) it, and then select
      Connect.
    • Select your Bluetooth speaker, and then select Set default. Music should play on your Bluetooth speaker now.

    Let us know if performing the steps makes any difference.

    Windows 11 Keeps Resetting Right Channel Volume Down to 50 But Doesn't Affect Left Channel

    Same issue!

    Using Logitech G-560 Desktop Speakers, where the right channel is resetting to 20% Volume on mostly each start. Tried the above and the suggested and it won´t work.

    Any further help?

    Logitech Z-5 Speakers Not Playing Windows 10 Sounds

    I currently have Logitechs Z-5 speakers. I have a problem their not playing
    any Windows sounds. For example Asterisk, Calendar Reminder, Critical stop, Ect. However, my headset does play the sounds and I also tried another pair of USB speakers and those worked fine also.

    The things is the speakers still play other media, For example, they play YouTube and iTunes perfectly fine.

    Things I have tried:

    • Uninstall the speaker's drivers then reinstall.
    • Download the software for the speakers on Logitech's website.
    • Disabled Enchantments in sound settings.
    • Restored defaults in sounds.
    • Uninstall the Realtek HD audio driver then reinstalled it from the motherboards support page.
    • sfc /scannow (After completion it reads) "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
    • I did an in-place upgrade. I chose to keep my apps and files.
