Windows 10: Logitech Webcams and Windows 11

Hi Group,First post here.I had no problem with my Logitech C615 on my old HP laptop with Windows 10 but on my new HP laptop with Windows 11, I am getting horizontal jumping interference lines in the video display. My wife's C270 does the same. Both cams work as expected on her HP my old one with a fresh install of Windows 10.After a lot of searches I've tried every suggested fix that I found to no avail. See attached jpeg. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Logitech - WebCam - HD Webcam C525 - Error 0x800f0203

I followed the listed steps and the webcam is performing properly and is recognized by Windows 10, I checked software and driver updates on the Logitech site and the Logitech utility states the software and driver are up to date and working properly. The
only issue I have is with Windows 10 Updates trying to update the Logitech software/drivers in the recent update and that update is throwing the Ox800f0203 error and continues to does so after all of the suggested solutions. Which puzzles me since the Logitech
hardware/software/driver is working properly.

 

Since downloading Windows 10 my Logitech webcam is not working

Setting up a webcam as the camera default

Hi Kevin

Method 1: If the Webcam is listed under Devices and printers, please follow the steps.

a. Press Windows key + R

b. Type: control printers

c. Hit Enter

d. Check if the Logitech webcam is listed.

e. Right click on Logitech webcam.

f. Click on Set this device as default.

Follow method 2 if webcam is not listed.

Method 2: What best we can do is we can disable the Internal webcam. You will be able to enable the webcam anytime you want.

Please follow the steps to disable HP Envy Webcam.

a. Press Windows + X, click Device Manager.

b. Click Imaging devices.

c. Right click on webcam.

d. Click Disable.
