Windows 10: Logitech X56 HOTAS and Win10 2004 build

    Logitech X56 HOTAS and Win10 2004 build


    Hello

    I have the latest Microsoft Windows 10, 2004 build on my desktop. If my X56 HOTAS is plugged in, the computer and monitor does not sleep at all.

    If I unplug the X56 HOTAS from the USB ports, the monitor sleeps but not the computer.

    If I uninstall the latest Logitech X56_HOTAS_x64_8_0_213_0 software from the computer, the computer and monitor will fully sleep?

    If I reinstall the above software, back to not sleeping again.

    Not sure who fixes this, Microsoft because of the 2004 build was OK on the 1909 build or Logitech need to release a 2004 compatible driver?

    Logitech F710 Win10 2004 Xbox drivers

    In Windows 10 2004, the manual upgrade of drivers doesn't work for generic controllers. This case in particular, the Logitech F710, always worked perfectly after you force any Xbox controller driver (from the first Win10 version right up to 1909), however,
    after the 2004 update, the drivers won't load. In fact, in the device properties it says "No drivers are installed for this device. " right after you close the windows saying "Windows has successfully updated your drivers"

    upgrade from win10 build 1909 to build 2004.....

    Here is how to upgrade to version 2004

    Way 1. Open Settings>Update & Security>Windows Update

    Way 2. Go to https://microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 then download the Windows 10 Upgrader App
