Windows 10: Logitech Zone 100 Bluetooth headset completely non functional on Windows 11

I, a couple of months ago got a Logitech Zone 100 Bluetooth headset. To be more specific it is kind of like a gaming headset where if the pull the mic out the mic turns on. It worked on my Windows laptop for a couple of months but recently it started to only work when the microphone was turned on. Now I can't get any audio out of it. How can I fix this? I have reinstalled the device more times that I can count and that has not fixed anything. Also, for future reference, maybe Microsoft should not make the headset with the mic pulled out and the headset with the mic put away TWO SEPERATE DEVICE

Logitech G930 headset not working for windows 10

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried the first method and the headset still does work on another computer.

I also performed the steps for the second suggestion, although windows is not recognizing the device. Instead of any Logitech headset being detected, it shows me that error I mentioned above.

Please advise if there is another solution available.
