Windows 10: Logo and colon

Discus and support Logo and colon in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Upgrading to 10. After a restart all I see on my screen is the windows logo and below it, a colon.     Upgrading to 10. After a restart all I see on my screen is the windows logo and below it, a colon. Is this normal? Been like this for several minutes, nothing is happening.

    No, just use the colon and right parenthesis for a regular smiley Logo and colon :)

    Make a kiss emoticon by typing a semicolon followed by an asterisk or a colon followed by an asterisk. It will look like this: ;* or :*

    email problems with windows 10

    I get the semi colon and my app works fine. The semi colon is auto separation of multiple addresses and my emails are always sent and received.
