Discus and support LOGON FAILURE WHEN REPORTING AGAINST A .CSV FILE in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I am developing under Visual Studio 2022 and Crystal Reports for Visual Studio SP33.     LOGON FAILURE WHEN REPORTING AGAINST A .CSV FILE


    I am developing under Visual Studio 2022 and Crystal Reports for Visual Studio SP33. I am reporting against a .CSV file using the MS ODBC Text driver. I was able to design the report without any problems. However, when I tried to execute the report I got a logon failure message and the execution crashed. Do I need a logon ID and password for a .CSV file? If so, how do I set it?

    CSV files used to open in Excel....not now!

    Hi, you say Excel is installed. Does it run normally?

    You can't find Excel in (an unspecified) list of applications. I don't know which list that is for sure.

    For example, in the list related to:
    - rt click a file. Open With
    - this list:

    LOGON FAILURE WHEN REPORTING AGAINST A .CSV FILE 117074d1485975761t-csv-files-used-open-excel-not-now-snap-2017-01-14-14.24.53.jpg

    - this list:

    LOGON FAILURE WHEN REPORTING AGAINST A .CSV FILE 117076d1485975761t-csv-files-used-open-excel-not-now-snap-2017-01-14-14.25.46.jpg


    - some other list...

    If Excel does not appear in the above, I suggest you repair your office installation.

    Maybe the above gives you some ideas. Otherwise please post a screenshot of where you think you should see it but don't. Thanks.

    I have been using cloud based system which was generating my log reports in CSV for since quite a long time.

    But since this month, i am getting csv file from cloud system but unable to this CSV report file which shows log of my
