Windows 10: Logon on Microsoft Store to download iCloud for Windows 10

Except for a criminal combination/conspiracy between two huge monopolies . . . I can imagine no reasonable explanation why it is not possible to simply logon to:https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9PKTQ5699M62 and after supplying my microsoft live id and password to quickly download iCloud for Windows 10.This is the error message supplied: Unable to sign in. ServerError: access_denied: The user has denied access to the scope requested by the client application.And then this:Unable to sign in. Unable to download Icloud through the Microsoft Store

I understand that you are not able to download iCloud from the Microsoft Store. It would be great if you can answer these questions to assist you in a better way.

1. Do you get any error message or code when you try to download iCloud from the Microsoft Store?
   
2. Are you able to download other apps from the Microsoft store?
   
3. Did this issue started recently? If yes, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer prior to this issue?
