Windows 10: Logonui.exe error at startup

Discus and support Logonui.exe error at startup in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have a issue with my PC whenever I try to boot into windows I get an logonui.exe error I cant even make it into windows to desktop its just black...     I have a issue with my PC whenever I try to boot into windows I get an logonui.exe error I cant even make it into windows to desktop its just black screens and gives me an error code 0x0000096 and after that it says 0x00007FFD70B1AD62
