Windows 10: LogonUI.exe - System Error "Unknown Hard Error"

Is It Just Me Or Have Any One Face ing This Issue While Booting Not Until To The Lock Screen?.Because I Have Search Everything On The Internet, I Don't See Anyone Having This Issue.How Do I Get This Error?After My Laptop Booting Up From The System Restore, The Restore Was Not Successful Done Cause The Anti-virus The Pop Up Said. And I Did Deleted All Of The System Restore Configuration. When It Booted Up That Time It's Still Fine, Until When I Shutdown It And Powering it on. So thats how the issue come.Have You Tried Any Method Out There To Solve It?Until Now, i don't have any luck. I Have

Hi Parren, Usually, the System Warning: Unknown Hard Error is triggered by corrupted system’s files or registry entries . ..

At the top of that error dialog there should be a process or dll listed in the dialog header - what is listed there?
