How to fix window logonUI. exe

This other day when I switched on my computer it showed fixing (C): stage 1: 20 % etc, and I waited for it to finish.

After finishing then i realized that the GUI for unlocking the pc had turned into something called C\ window \system32\logonUI.exe, asking me to enter my credentials.

Then after entering my credentials the window shows and I do all my stuff but if I lock it the logonUi appears again. I don't want this how can I fix this.
