Windows 10: Logs following the ""BSOD Finding and fixing them" post

Hello,


My 2yo laptop has overheating issues CPU easily reaching 95 to 100°C while playing low-graphic settings games, even though i changed the thermic paste so i decided to give a shot to my old computer which had memory failure things.


While i was browsing the internet so nothing else running on my laptop, it BSOD'ed "MEMORY ..." i don't remember exactly since it happened yesterday and i had to wait for my onedrive to unlock and i forgot.



So i followed the "BSOD Finding and fixing them" post, doing the verifier thing.

I did it twice, so i have 3 dmp 2 DRIVER_VERIFIED_DETECTED_VIOLATION and the initial MEMORY one.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

To get better help with your Windows 10 BSOD issue, please follow these steps below.




We have two log collection scripts, our old DM log collector and the new V2 Log collector, the new V2 collector has been designed to provide our analysts with better and more detailed reports and unless instructed to do so you should use the new V2 Collector.

1. Click on the Download button below.
2. Download
   .
3. Save log collector V2 log collector 1.07.zip to where (downloads for example) you want.
4. Right click on V2 log collector 1.07.zip in the Downloads folder and select Extract all. This will create a V2 log collector 1.07 folder.
5. Open the V2 log collector 1.07 folder and double click on the log-collector shortcut.
6. A Command Prompt window will open with the Ten Forums Log Collector running in it. Press the Enter key to start the collection process.
   
   
   
7. A Powershell window will also open for awhile then close:
   
   
   
8. Finally the ending Command Prompt window will open. Press enter to close it. Note the Output location as that is where the zip file is located that you need to upload to the forum.
   
   
   
9. In your BSOD post, either...
   • Upload the created zip file to a reputable file sharing service such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or Amazon Cloud Drive (US) (UK) and post a share link.
   • Upload the zip file directly into your post.

When your BSOD is solved, if you have uploaded your files direcly to the post, please remove your log collector files via the following link - Manage attachements

BSOD issue after fixing another BSOD error

There are several reasons why BSOD occur, which has different resolution. To check for any corruption or the integrity of your computer's Windows, we suggest that you perform a
Check Disk by following these steps:

• Type cmd in the search bar.
• Right-click on the Command Prompt, then Run as administrator.
  
• Type chkdsk x: /r, the /r command will fix errors found on the disk.
