Windows 10: Long post Screen overlaps and becomes distorted

I'm on my laptop, Dell Inspiron 5555, and the screen blinks quickly and flashes a sort of distorted or pink screen. Then later it gets distorted.Everything is pink-ish and doubled. This happened years ago. About a year after laptop was received.I decided to go to paint to show how messed up the screen is.Also the screen of the laptop is flashing pink right now so I better hurry and type this before it goes full distorted.Everything is doubled. Screen Distortion and Overlapping

Thanks for responding. The image is not visible when off, but there's a small amount of overlapping on startup - when the screen is black and the Dell logo is in the middle. There's also issues during restart as well. Interestingly, when I use Dell Update,
it says that there's a "critical" update, but it's having trouble installing it. I suspect that might be the cause?

I was watching Youtube videos on my Dell Inspiron 7573, and suddenly the screen became distorted with a red tint. Then, the screen that I was on became, seemingly, imprinted onto the screen, and now each time I open a new window it also becomes imprinted
onto the screen. There are no cracks on the screen, no physical trauma, and there's no virus or malware found by Malwarebytes or windows defender. Help!! Attached is an image of what it looks like.

 

sound distorted after windows 10 anniversary upgrade

This is where I'm at on my HP laptop with Windows 10 and the Anniversary update.

I completed step #3 "hardware and sound" but that took me to an option for "sound, speakers." There was no "properties" as step #4 suggests. I selected "sound, speakers" and then found "properties." After selecting "properties" there was no "enhancements
tab" as step #5 suggests.

Regardless, I then uninstalled the realtek audio driver. I noticed that when I did this without restarting my laptop that the sound was now tinny, but not distorted as it was previously. After restarting, the sound was again full, yet distorted.

Realtek still shows in my programs list, though it shows no memory is used.
