Windows 10: Long time black screen with spinning circle on boot.

In general my computer will spend less than 10 seconds to startup. But I encountered the same problem twice on two computers: They will show a black screen with spinning circle after Motherboard Logo with spinning circle on boot. It will takes about 2~3 minutes. Then it continues to start and everything works fine.

There is a same operation before the problem occurred in these two cases, I have replace my SSD to another computer to copy something from or into it. (Because I have a large amount of files need to copy, install the SSD to another PC is the fastest way to transfer them). Then, when I put it back to the original computer, the problem occurred.


How can I fix it?


These 2 computers have almost the same hardware: Ryzen 3600 with B450 chipset, the same Cosair DDR4 3000 memory, GTX1080 GPU and NVME M.2 SSD.

Windows 10 Black Spinning Circle with Cursor Pointer Before Login screen

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

• Windows Logo Spinning Circle
• Black Screen spinning Circle
• Login

Does anyone have any other suggestions on what I can do?

I tried the boot cd like Bastet suggested, the disc spins for about a minute with the windows splash screen and then the circles start spinning and disc stops (circles spin for another minute) then goes to black screen. No options menu comes up. Is that something that takes time? And if so, how long should it take?
