Windows 10: Long wait for tech support

I needed tech support. For the Windows Mail app. My aol email account suddenly stopped working. Again. It kept asking me to enter my password. I entered my current password and it kept rejecting it. I spent 30 minutes in the Help sections to no avail. I went online to Microsoft site and the website tech support access said the Call feature was not available. I accessed the Chat feature and was 584th in line. Really? 584th in line? Microsoft tech support is not available 24/7 via phone? And sticks us last in a Chat line of 500+ customers? I don't care what excuse or reason they have for this,

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

Did you get the notification to upgrade to Windows 10?

We recommend waiting for your upgrade. You will see a notification when it is ready. As long as the Get Windows 10 app says that it is coming, then you should be getting a notification when your upgrade is ready.

Step 1. Disable Third party Antivirus within the Anti-Virus Menu.

Step 5. Reboot PC.

Step 6. Open Command Prompt as admin & type this command "wuauclt.exe /updatenow"

Step 7. Go to Windows Update & ideally you should see the download begin, if you don't see the Windows Update download coming in educate customer to wait for 24-48 hrs.
