Windows Error Reporting time too fast by 6 hours

Hi Folks,

I have Windows 7 64bit in both of my desktop computers (but only one has the issue) and I will add more system info at the end of this post.

I was looking at the WER list to see what I might find after I tried to install a program that was rejected because "Java Script is disabled and couldn't continue until the IE security setting is set to accept scripts" (I'm paraphrasing the dialog box).

Now I won't go deep into this, but, Java isn't disabled and the IE security is set to accept scripts. I plan to open a new topic about that Java/Corel problem later, but I needed to explain why I knew the WER time was 6 hours too fast.

When I checked the WER list the 4 attempts I made to install that program were shown and documented, although I don't understand what the reports are saying. However, those 4 attempts that I made were between 4:42 PM and 4:48 PM, but the WER reports that
they were between 10:42 PM and 10:48 PM!

I haven't even reached the 10 PM part of the day and am still 4 hours from that! The WER is making a +6 hour error in the reports and of course, my computer's set to the right time. I don't know if this has anything to do with the Java/Corel/script problem
but I know that it offers the potential to cause problems, weird problems.

Win 7 64bit

I have only one Browser installed: Google Chrome (No IE Browser)

Java is up to date:

The computers are Custom built and the one with the 'issue' has a liquid cooled, i7-2600K CPU and a R7980 GPU. A Z77 Asrock Extreme4 mobo, 850W PSU, 3 internally mounted drives, (2 SSDs and 1 HDD),

 

2 x SSD Raid 0 - is this right?
