Windows 10: Looking for a fix to Windows 11 24H2 turning bitlocker on breaking the bde on a machine...

Looking for a fix to Windows 11 24H2 turning bitlocker on breaking the bde on a machine that has been syspreped. This only happens after you turn bit locker off and then run sysprep. On the reboot it immediately goes into system recovery blue screen . Any attempt to enter recovery reboots the machine.

Use the manage-bde.exe command-line.

• manage-bde -unlock <driveletter> -RecoveryPassword [your 48-digit recovery password]
  
• manage-bde -off <driveletter>
  

Example:

• manage-bde -unlock D: -RecoveryPassword [your 48-digit recovery password]
  
• manage-bde -off D:

Factory reset Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.863)

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to fix the issue.

1. Open the command prompt as admin.
   
2. Type in manage-bde –off <drive> and hit
   Enter.
   
   manage-bde –resume <drive>
   

manage-bde –on <drive>

Replace Drive by drive letter

1. Restart the computer and check the status of the issue
