Windows 10: looking for a shortcut to video playback

I want all my mp4 videos to playback with a certain video program I own ( power dvd), and a few weeks back I found a spot in my windows 10 settings where I could change all my playback to windows media player . ( my mistake) .

Now I could individually change my playback mode for each one ( I have a seperate harddrive with many movies and video files to Power DVD .... but can't seem to find that short cut area .
( settings) where it will do this to all my files ( .mp4) with a single click ..]


any help?

Video playback

Please run the Video Playback troubleshooter and see if the issue will persist. To run the troubleshooter, please follow the steps below:

1. Press the Windows and I keys to open Settings.
2. Click on Update & Security.
3. Click on Troubleshoot.
4. Under Find and fix other problems, look for Video Playback
   and click on it.
5. Click Run the troubleshooter.

video playback freeze for a split second with a buzzing sound about every 20 to 30 seconds

• Does this happens with all other videos as well?

I suggest you to run the Video Playback
Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run
Video Playback troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Video Playback
  troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2: Also, I suggest you to update your graphic card drivers.

I suggest you to update graphic drivers and check if it helps. Follow the steps given below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device manager.

  Search for Display Adapters.
  
• 
  Right-click on the graphics
  card and click on Update driver software.
