Windows 10: Looking for a “support diagnostics code”. Anyone know where to begin?

Trying to remove a piece of software, “Covenant Eyes”. While it’s running, I’ve found the file, and within that an application called

“RegisterCovenantEyesW”

Activating it brought up

C:\Users[myUserName]\Desktop\Covenant Eyes\CE\ce-configure.exe

This displays a list of available tasks and prompts the user to enter the associated number, and then to enter the corresponding “support diagnostics code”. I’ve entered option “8” and it’s waiting for a code I don’t have or know where to get. Other information that may be relative;

DNS mode enabled Anti-Virus: “Windows Defender” Anti-Spyware: Default Firewall: Default Prefers IPv4 over IPv6

Windows is on the latest version.

Does anyone know what code the prompt is referring to, or where I might find it? Sorry I can’t give better information, the very thing I’m trying to remove has blocked all internet access on my pc. This is from my phone.

Let us isolate your concern by answering the questions below:

• Have you made any changes to the computer software prior to this?
• Are you getting any error messages?
• Can you send us a screenshot to what you are referring to?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below and check if the same thing happens:

• Access Task Manager by pressing Windows + Alt +Delete.
• Choose Task Manager.
• Look for Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool and then click the
  End Task button.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
