    Looking for an obscure memory tuning setting deep within settings app


    To allegedly increase performance, altough it was shown to be rather a placebo, curiosity is killing me and I wanna re enable it for fun. It's a rather new setting. If you know what I am talking about and have the name of that setting ready please let me know. Thank you

    Open settings of Windows 8 App

    Hi Thomas,

    In response to your query, please be informed that Windows 10 is in the list of supported operating system for Modern Reader. Also, the swipe from the right option is for Windows 8 and 8.1 therefore, that step will not open the settings. However, most
    apps have their own settings, therefore, I suggest you to look for a gear icon in the app and check if you are able to find the option you are looking for.

    Sound card amplification settings

    Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.
